We do not save the information collected. Here is an example of a member listing page. We have no control over how the member websites handle the information sent in the email and they are not governed by this privacy policy.

We collect information from you (first name, last name, email address) when you sign up to receive our event emails. See the Non-Member Email Sign Up in the right column of the Home page.

You can make a payment online for membership dues on the Join BABA page. You can make a payment online for luncheons. You will need to make payment for the membership dues or the luncheon you have ordered. In order to process your payment we use PayPal. Your payment will be processed by PayPal via a payment gateway.

What do we use your information for?

Information collected when you fill out a form on the Join BABA page or when you mail the downloaded application form from the Join BABA page will be used to create your member listing for the Member Directory page. The information will be used to contact you via weekly emails about our upcoming events. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email.

Information collected when you fill out a form on a member listing page will provide the member with information to contact you. We do not save the information collected. If you have questions about how the member uses the information sent in an email from the form you should contact the member. The member’s phone number is shown in the member’s listing.

How long do we keep your information?

We keep your member listing information for the duration of your membership in the Blue Ash Business Association.

If you are in the non-member email list we keep your name and email address information until you unsubscribe from our emails.

If you wish for us to delete your information please contact one of the Blue Ash Business Association Board Members. If you are a member and you wish for us to delete your information you will no longer be listed in the website member directory and you will no longer receive weekly emails from he Blue Ash Business Association. If you are a non-member and you wish for us to delete your information you will no longer receive weekly emails from he Blue Ash Business Association.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter and submit your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted.

We limit the access to the collected data to the Blue Ash Business Association Board Members.
