About Meghan and Kristi: Meghan has 18+ years of experience in leadership development, strategic visioning, and a successful track record of creating cultural transformation of complex systems. She has a BA from Xavier University and MA from American University. Kristi has 13 years of experience in small and large-scale non-profits, healthcare philanthropy, and higher education, bringing knowledge and insight to applying organizational health in systems of all sizes. She has a BA and JD from the University of Cincinnati.

Their approach to organizational health is participatory, data-driven, and steeped in a desire to bring transformation and healing. In addition to a thriving consulting practice, their newest adventure is applying all the things they know to be true about team development and group process into The Encounter: a unique collaboration space in Blue Ash intentionally designed for engagement, connection, and creative visioning.
