Bio:

Ron Chambers has been a musician most of his life. He began playing drums at age 11. He got a guitar from his mentor at age sixteen and learned to play. He began writing songs soon after with an ambition to become a recording artist someday.

Playing in cover bands around Detroit was fun but he knew in his heart that original music was his passion. When he was in his early twenties, he met an original Rock Band called Cadillac Kidz who were looking for a drummer. He auditioned and joined the band! Ron wrote or co-wrote 50% of the band’s music. They went on to do some pretty cool things like: Opening act for The Romantics, Cheap trick, Alice Cooper, Bon Jovi and many others around the country. They appeared on several Detroit televisions shows and were also featured in a movie called “Face the 80’s”, a documentary on Detroit Rock Bands.

Ron moved to Ohio in 2010 to help his longtime friend and Pastor put together a worship band for Freedom Church here in Sharonville where he currently is the co-music director.

Ron has released one solo album and is currently working on a new recording project that will be released in 2020.
